A diruetic, tonic, and galactgogue (increases milk suppluy), Shatavari Root is a predominiantly feminine herb known in Ayurevedic medicine as "Queen of Herbs". Its medicinal actions aid in fertility and conception for both males and females and reduces the effects of menopause, such as hot flashes and poor stamina. Shatavari also carries the role of a key for unlocking immunosuppressive conditions.  
 
It acts a general reproductive and sexual tonic, increasing sexual performance in both male and females. May also be taken to treat impotence.
 
Tian Men Dong, or “heavenly spirit herb,” was traditionally used by shamans, monks, and yogis for its heart opening capacities. Taoist monks nicknamed it "The Flying Herb" after noting after continual use it causes one to have increased flying dreams leading to more lucidity and thus the ability to traverse the heavens.
